IGSS32 offers an interface for connecting to Carlo Gavazzi (Electromatic) Dupline equipment. Communication is established through a D 9091 Dupline Modem interface. The D 9091 Dupline Modem provides a connection between the Dupline fieldbus and a industri standard serial RS232-C interface in the PC.
Dupline is an easy-to-install 2-wire field and installationbus for bi-directional transmission of analogue and binary signals up to 10 km. The IGSS32 system polls the PLC equipment cyclically according to one of four user-defined time intervals. The time intervals are configurable from 100 milliseconds to 999 seconds.
